A year ago, BookClub had its best trade show yet when we attended the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) annual conference. After the first day at the show, we knew we had to partner. Our audience and ATD’s are just so closely aligned.

That’s why I am thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey towards democratizing knowledge and fostering continuous learning: BookClub has formally partnered with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) to bring ATDs storied [pun absolutely intended] book catalog into our platform. This collaboration marks a pivotal moment not only for us but also for HR leaders and professionals worldwide.

This partnership will allow BookClub members to create training programs, interactive discussions, personal learning plans, micro-lessons, and shareable ideas in a few clicks, all from ATD’s amazing catalog of books.

Our mission is simple: to make the most significant ideas from books accessible to everyone, everywhere so that you can multiply your reach, increase your teams’ acumen, improve connection, and create shared working knowledge.

Anyone who works in talent development knows very well that often the cobbler’s children often don’t have shoes when it comes to their own development. They spend all their waking hours building training for others. So in addition to being the de facto tool for professional development companies,  we really do hope having this catalog on the platform will also feed those who spend so much time giving.

Within the coming months, you’ll be able to create book club experiences and personal learning plans based on the works of James Kirkpatrick, Wendy Axlerod, Saul Carliner, Lisa Haneburg, and many ATD others. From leadership and management to employee engagement and organizational development, these books offer a wealth of knowledge and insights to help HR leaders excel in their roles and empower their teams.

To our loyal members, thank you for being part of this journey. Your passion for learning and growth inspires us every day, and we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience that exceeds your expectations.

And to those who are just discovering BookClub.com, welcome! I invite you to join our community, explore our vast library of books, and embark on a journey of discovery and personal transformation.

Together, let's unlock the power of knowledge and create a brighter future for individuals, organizations, and society as a whole.
